Our tutors tailor their approach to meet each student's unique needs, whether it's pacing, test taking strategies, content mastery, or a blend of all three. This personalized support not only builds essential skills, but also fosters confidence and allows students reach their full potential.
We offer targeted, ongoing support for testing in all grades including: Midterms, Finals, High School Entrance Exams, (SSAT/ISEE, TACHS, HSPT) Regents and AP coursework. SAT/ACT prep is built around a student's intended timeline and emphasizes strengths, strategy, and "mock testing." Our new, KEVSMILL COLLEGE READY Program, offered as early as 9th Grade, begins with discovery, core interests and goal setting.
AP EXAM READINESS
Each student starts with a thorough assessment to pinpoint their strengths and areas for growth. Based on the results, we develop a personalized learning plan tailored to their current level and specific needs.
We focus on more than just finding the right answers-our students gain confidence and skills that carry over to other subject areas and beyond.

REGENTS EXAMS
The New York State Regents Examinations are standardized assessments designed to evaluate student proficiency in core high school subjects and serve as a graduation requirement for most public high school students in New York State.
Regents Exams are generally given in June for 9-12th graders in the areas below. Ongoing support and practice tests can be arranged by contacting KevsMill.

Our comprehensive Test Prep Program is designed with your student’s success and well-being in mind. We combine individualized tutoring, weekly homework from textbooks and regular mock exams to create a program that’s both thorough and tailored to your child’s unique needs.
Our tutors stay in close communication with parents, ensuring test prep fits smoothly into the student’s overall academic life.
Each year, most of our students receive partial and full rides to schools such as Hackley, Fordham Prep, Iona Prep, Holy Child, Ursuline, Archbishop Stepinac, Xavier and Kennedy Catholic. In 2024 ALL were accepted to their first choice and 15 scholarships were awarded.
“Which test should my child take?” The first step in answering this is to check which exam is accepted by the schools on your list. Many boarding schools typically prefer the SSAT, while other private and independent schools often favor the ISEE. Choosing the right test ensures your child is aligned with each school’s admissions requirements from the start.

THE ESSAYS
